1. Eat more vegetables and fruits

Adding at least 15-30 minutes of mild exercise per day, plus another 30-minute vigorous exercise or activity, such as aerobics, swimming, tennis, and brisk walking, could help make your heart stronger and function better.

Another thing you need to address, if you have CFIDS, is stress. If your stress level were high, other symptoms of your condition, such as insomnia, depression and general feeling of malaise, would more likely be intensified. Conquer your stress through stretching, relaxation exercises and meditation. You can also see a counselor to help you better manage stress.

There was an episode of the "Golden Girls" where Dorothy wasn't quite feeling right. She didn't know what it was, but she knew something was wrong. Another thing that is very important is to get plenty of exercise. While you might be tempted to think that exercise will tire you out even more, it won't. Exercise, in moderation, will help circulate the blood better and actually end up giving you more energy.

Most people who suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome are deficient in many vitamins, including B complex, C, D and iron. It is important to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables regularly. Stay away from junk food, fried food and sweats.
